Sales Coordinator

  • About the job:
    • Assist in daily sales operation and sales support documentation, including quotations, invoice, delivery order, collection and others.
    • Handle customer queries promptly; provide information of products and services available with proper customer courtesy and manner.
    • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • Prepares sales reports in a timely manner.
    • Good verbal and written skills

 

  • Job requirements:
    • Candidate should possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Good written and communication skills in major languages.
    • Able to work independently, responsible, initiative and proactive.
    • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Executive specialized in Sales – Corporate/ Retail or equivalent.
